We want you to be completely satisfied with your Salty purchase. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you!
SALE ITEMS - Returns are not possible for any products that are on sale with a discounted price shown or if a discount code is used at the checkout.
REFUNDS - Refunds are available if your item arrives with any fault. Please notify us immediately and we can arrange a refund (or store credit).
STORE CREDIT - If you change your mind, the item isn't quite right or if you wish to choose a different style or size, please notify us immediately and we can arrange a store credit that you can use on an exchange (subject to stock availability) or another purchase within our Store. Please allow 5 business days for a store credit to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us. Note that ’Sale’ items are not accepted for return due to a change of mind.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Once your order is delivered, you have up to 10 days to make a return request by email. We will reply with our returns address and instructions and the item must then be returned within 30 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within these returns timeframes.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- For swimwear, you must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items, unless the item is deemed as faulty. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the return and so we recommend returning items through traceable mail.
Upon receipt of the items they will undergo a quality review. Following clearance, in the case of a faulty item return you will receive a refund or store credit for the purchase price (including original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. In the case of all other returns, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return shipping/handling costs) for you to use to make an exchange (subject to stock availability), or to use at a later date.
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we cannot guarantee exchanges on items. Where there is no stock for your desired style and size available to use your store credit, the store credit can be used across the entire Salty Luxe Store for a duration of one (1) year from time of purchase.
